This position reports to:

Field Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

  • Execute Motor & Generator Service work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines
  • Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers
  • Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in Motor & Generator Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, advanced services)
  • Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs
  • Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities
  • Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative
  • Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed
  • Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities
  • Reports unsafe practices and incidents

The work model for the role is: onsite

Qualifications for the role

  • University, vocational school or associate degree with electrical
  • At least 2 years of service technician experience in electrical industry
  • Basic knowledge of vibration and rotating equipment
  • Good command of English skills
  • Turkish language is must
  • MS Office skills is a must
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic profile with continuous-development mindset
  • Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates, Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 24/7 support, Up to 70% travel required
  • Current car driving license (type B)
