This Position reports to:

Service Workshop Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Perform workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, assembly and testing.
• Conducting through inspections and assessments of equipment to identify and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Utilizing specialized tools and equipment for vibration analysis to assess the condition of motors and generators, performing vibration analysis to identify potential faults, defects or abnormalities in the equipment
• Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Proactively executes work on first-time right approach and ensures the job is done on time and on quality
• Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.
• Checks bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts for needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.
• Preparing comprehensive reports documenting service activities, including findings, recommendations and actions taken.
• Frequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. International travelling might also be required for field services and training purposes.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of Electrical Machines and applications.
• Knowledge of AC/DC Motors/ Generators.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken. Turkish knowledge is a must.
• Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility and quick adaptation to frequent scheduling updates. Valid driving license (type B).
