Join an innovative humanoid robotics company that is transforming how people and intelligent machines work together. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, ensuring our humanoid robots perform seamlessly for customers across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of humanoid robots.
- Deliver after-sales service to ensure optimal robot performance and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and technical guidance for customers.
- Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports accurately.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate field issues and contribute to continuous product improvements.
- Travel frequently within Malaysia to provide technical support and on-site service at customer locations.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Passionate about robotics, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with customers and regional technical teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Willing to travel extensively across Malaysia for customer support assignments.
- Possess a valid driving licence and be comfortable with frequent site visits.
