Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of humanoid robots.
• Deliver after-sales service to ensure optimal robot performance and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
• Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and technical guidance for customers.
• Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports accurately.
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate field issues and contribute to continuous product improvements.
• Travel frequently within Malaysia to provide technical support and on-site service at customer locations.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Passionate about robotics, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with customers and regional technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Willing to travel extensively across Malaysia for customer support assignments.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be comfortable with frequent site visits.
