Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Process Technician to support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of manufacturing or production processes. The Process Technician ensures that production equipment operates efficiently, processes remain within specifications, and output meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and processes according to established procedures.

  • Adjust process parameters to ensure consistent quality and throughput.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery, equipment, or process conditions.

  • Collect and record data related to production rates, product quality, and equipment performance.

  • Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment changeovers.

  • Collaborate with engineers and quality teams on process improvements and root cause analysis.

  • Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

  • Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or technical certification in Process Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a process, production, or manufacturing technician role.

  • Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and production equipment.

  • Familiarity with safety protocols, quality standards, and GMP (if applicable).

  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, or automated process control systems.

  • Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Work Environment:

  • Industrial or production facility.

  • Exposure to noise, chemicals, or heat depending on the process.

  • Requires PPE and adherence to strict safety standards.
