YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites, specialized on Automation Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel`s equipment installed at customer sites. Develop a good understanding of the customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction.
YOUR MISSION
Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications, Operate on Automation systems, HMI and Electrical plant for regular activities and troubleshooting as per Standard Operating Procedures Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities Submit regularly working time and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behaviour, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables Report to the ISM for team site activities
YOUR PROFILE
Education:Degree or Technical Certification inMechatronics, Electromechanics, Automation, or related fields. Field Experience:Minimum of 3 years inField Serviceactivities (installation, commissioning, and maintenance). Automation Mastery:Solid knowledge ofPLCprogramming and troubleshooting (TIA Portal,Step7,Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley, and B&R). Machinery Expertise:Experience withFillers, blow molders, or labelers (experience withSidelportfolio is a significant plus). Mechanical & Electrical:Ability to diagnose faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systems and interpret complex electrical diagrams. Process & Hygiene:Knowledge of microbiological principles andfood safety/hygienic standards(essential for the beverage industry).
Availability & Requirements Global Mobility:Full availability for frequent international travel (up to90% of the time). Languages:AdvancedEnglish and Spanishfor technical reporting and global client interaction. Italian is a plus Quality Focus:Strong commitment to technical precision and safety standards.
