OGE Energy Corp. is a holding company established in 1995, primarily owning Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (OG&E), the largest electric utility in Oklahoma. The company has a rich history dating back to 1902, when OG&E was founded to provide electricity in pre-statehood Oklahoma.
