We are looking for an experienced V&V Lead based in Bangalore to drive all aspects related to testing & validation for ADAS customer engagements working closely with our product organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • First point of contact to address all the V&V related queries from the customer

  • Create a V&V concept for ADAS software that is compliant to automotive standards

  • Support setting up the test environment such as HiL, SiL and Restbus simulation

  • Responsible for the complete test life cycle including specification, implementation, execution and error analysis

  • Maintain the complete traceability from requirements to test results

What we need to see:

  • BE or ME degree from a leading university in an engineering or computer science related discipline with 10+ years of relevant working experience

  • Prior experience in leading testing and validation of Automotive ADAS products

  • Knowledge of ADAS features (Active Safety, Driving & Parking) including certification requirements and KPIs

  • Experience in test strategy creation & test management for ADAS products

  • Good knowledge on various test environment setup such as HiL, SiL and restbus simulation

  • Good understanding of complex Automotive Software (OS, Platform, Applications) & Systems including Vehicle interfaces and dependencies

  • Good knowledge of process standards like ASPICE & ISO26262

  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Self-motivated and work effectively across different functional organizations

  • Dedicated and able to work with minimum supervision

  • Experience working on QNX based products

  • Knowledge of complex SoCs

  • Prior software development experience
