Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an Unmanned Systems Electronics Test Analyst/Technician to support our operations in Las Vegas, NV. This position is Temporary and anticipated to be a 2-month assignment. Must be available to start in February. There is a potential for reoccurring work. Full-time (40 hours per week) work is available. Part-time work is also available. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Local work from home may be accommodated. Primary Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for Unmanned Systems, with a focus on small Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). Disassemble, identify components, and skillfully reassemble electronic systems. Conduct basic electronic repairs following component-safe procedural practices. Document detailed diagnostic findings and write descriptive reports, ensuring delivery within timeline expectations. Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience relevant experience preferred Working familiarity and experience with Unmanned Systems, particularly UAS. Competency in electronics disassembly, repair, and reassembly. Proven basic electronics repair skills, adhering to safety protocols and proper procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously under deadlines. Self-motivation and capability to work independently without direct supervision. Effective written communication skills, with the ability to produce descriptive and detailed technical reports. Experience with cybersecurity penetration testing is preferred but not required. Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in STEM required. Travel Requirements : Routine travel is not expected Security Clearance : Active Secret clearance required.
