About this Job

About the company and the role

At Lendurai, we enable unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to operate independently of global navigation satellite systems and radio control, using computer vision and machine learning. We partner with multiple UAV manufacturers to deliver cost effective capabilities to public sector and defence customers. Our core team has substantial experience in aerospace engineering and developing computer vision applications across Europe, including at companies like Bolt (EE), and Starship Technologies (EE).

We are looking for a hands-on UAV Assembly Specialist to help build, test, and improve our UAV platforms. This role sits at the intersection of mechanical assembly, and real-world testing. You will work closely with engineers to turn prototypes into reliable systems and play a key role in how our drones are built and validated.

What you will be doing

  • Assemble UAV platforms or subassemblies, including mechanical structures, electronics, and sensor systems

  • Integrate wiring, connectors, and components with attention to detail and quality

  • Troubleshoot assembly issues using tools like multimeters and basic diagnostics

  • Document builds, configurations, and test results

  • Propose improvements to assembly processes and product designs to enhance manufacturability and robustness

  • Collaborate with engineers to iterate quickly on prototypes

We are looking for

Required:

  • Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and/or electronics assembly

  • Practical skills in soldering, wiring, connectors, and basic troubleshooting

  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, or assembly instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Good English (Estonian is a plus)

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UAV assembly

What we offer

  • Monthly gross salary €1,300-2,300 based on experience and impact

  • A fixed-term contract with the possibility to start immediately and transition into a long-term role

  • Internship opportunity

  • Flexible working hours (ideally Monday-Friday)

  • A mission-driven team that values ownership, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to solving defense challenges

  • A focus on outcomes

Join Lendurai to be part of the forefront of defence technology innovation.
