About the company and the role
At Lendurai, we enable unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to operate independently of global navigation satellite systems and radio control, using computer vision and machine learning. We partner with multiple UAV manufacturers to deliver cost effective capabilities to public sector and defence customers. Our core team has substantial experience in aerospace engineering and developing computer vision applications across Europe, including at companies like Bolt (EE), and Starship Technologies (EE).
We are looking for a hands-on UAV Assembly Specialist to help build, test, and improve our UAV platforms. This role sits at the intersection of mechanical assembly, and real-world testing. You will work closely with engineers to turn prototypes into reliable systems and play a key role in how our drones are built and validated.
What you will be doing
Assemble UAV platforms or subassemblies, including mechanical structures, electronics, and sensor systems
Integrate wiring, connectors, and components with attention to detail and quality
Troubleshoot assembly issues using tools like multimeters and basic diagnostics
Document builds, configurations, and test results
Propose improvements to assembly processes and product designs to enhance manufacturability and robustness
Collaborate with engineers to iterate quickly on prototypes
We are looking for
Required:
Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and/or electronics assembly
Practical skills in soldering, wiring, connectors, and basic troubleshooting
Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, or assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good English (Estonian is a plus)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with UAV assembly

Monthly gross salary €1,300-2,300 based on experience and impact
