This Position reports to:

Service Operations Manager

Internship: 

🎯Your Role and Responsibilities

👉In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

• Corrective maintenance and upgrade tracking
• Internal and customer communication for fault management and resolution
• Participation in team planning
• Incident tracking
• Liaison with factories and external suppliers
• Quality team support

📚Qualifications for the Role 

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Organization, Electrical/Electronic

• Languages: Advanced English
