POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our Anderson, Indiana production factory is a state-of-the-art facility and distribution center with cutting-edge technology and advanced systems designed with sustainability in mind. Innovative energy recovery processes, environmental controls, and recyclable product packaging components made from food-safe materials are just some of the programs we’ve implemented to support Nestlé’s ambition for zero environmental impact by 2030. Come join our Flagship Beverage factory where we will produce Coffee mate, Starbucks, and Natural Bliss coffee enhancer products.

SCHEDULE:

This position will require working on a 2/2/3, 12-hour shift schedule. The schedule is from 6:00am - 6:00pm.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • This position will start on a Monday–Friday day shift schedule and eventually transition to a continuous operations schedule (24-hour/7-day). Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet critical deadlines.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:

Execute real time trouble shooting and problem solving with maintenance/Operations team and follow-up on issues to ensure completion.

Support maintenance troubleshooting and line maintenance as needed.

Ensure accurate documentation of all electrical and automation platforms, equipment, and unplanned machine stops.

Analyze performance data to improve equipment unplanned stops.

Participate in Pillar Activities, AWG, MWG, IWG, and maintain KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Associate degree/technical certificate in related field and/or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience with automation systems (building, facility, packaging, utility, and process controls).

Experience with PLC Software – Studio 5000 and/or Siemens Software – TIA Portal.

Experience with HMI systems (Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk View or Aveva Wonderware).

SKILLS:

Troubleshoot PLCs, control panels, and associated hardware.

Troubleshoot HMI systems.

Assist with commissioning of PLC and HMI programs.

Troubleshoot/configure VFD motors and servo motors.

Interpret electrical schematics and safety circuit networks.

Troubleshoot electrical circuits (three-phase 480 VAC, 120 VAC, 24 VDC).

Basic troubleshooting of messaging to/from networked systems (Historian).

The approximate pay for this position is $42.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
