Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead and manage complex system-level innovation projects and programs from idea to product
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with system architects and research leads, aligning with Infineon’s product roadmap
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage expectations among internal business units and external research partners
- Identify and address risk factors and technical bottlenecks, implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum in high-uncertainty environments
- Provide clear progress updates to the Project Steering Committee and ensure high-quality documentation
- Be innovative and support IP generation by capturing inventions, coordinating patent-relevant documentation, and contributing to Infineon’s patent portfolio
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor or software industry, with at least 3 years of experience leading technical projects
- Strong knowledge in one or more areas: embedded systems, wireless/RF, sensing and sensor fusion, robotics, AI SW methodologies, or automotive electronics
- Familiarity with international project management standards or Infineon’s internal methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of Infineon products (e.g., PSOC™️, CapSense, AURIX™️) is a plus
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex international organizations
- Advanced English writing, communication, and presentation skills
