We’re hiring a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to help build the next generation of humanoid robots.
At Mentee Robotics, we’re redefining humanoid automation with an AI-first approach - combining perception, reasoning, and dexterous manipulation into fully autonomous systems that continuously learn and adapt.
Our flagship platform, Menteebot v3, is already pushing the boundaries of what robots can do across industrial, logistics, and retail environments.
This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and advanced mechanical systems - where hardware is evolving as fast as the intelligence driving it.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex precision mechanisms and actuation systems
- Own mechanical design from concept through production (CAD → DFM → suppliers)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (controls, electrical, AI)
- Contribute to building not just the robot—but also the tools and infrastructure around it
- Drive designs optimized for performance, reliability, weight, and manufacturability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design
- Expert-level SolidWorks skills
- Strong background in:
- Precision mechanisms
- Robotics or moving systems
- Metal machining design
- Design for manufacturing, assembly, and reliability
- Experience working with suppliers and production processes
