About this Job

What will you do?

As a Senior Digital Solutions Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering innovative technology solutions on time and within budget.

  • Lead and oversee digital solution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, OT, cybersecurity, vendors) to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
  • Define project deliverables and milestones, develop detailed project plans, and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, progress, and outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance oversight for technology partners.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data governance policies, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular reporting on project status, financial performance, and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as IoT, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI.
  • Support business development efforts by collaborating with sales teams to identify and pursue digital solution opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop project team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital or technology projects (IT/OT integration, cloud, IoT, analytics).
  • Hands-on experience across Geo SCADA, EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE), AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA InTouch, MES, and AVEVA Connect, paired with strong pre-sales and commercial acumen, experience operating in hybrid Waterfall/Agile environments, and the ability to drive operational excellence and PMO leadership with MAC (Main Automation Contractor) experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, automation technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting is required.
  • Proficiency in other project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred; experience with digital transformation frameworks is a plus.
