About this Job
Who are we?

We build end-to-end training systems for defence, aerospace, and marine. From building new training programs to modernizing existing ones, we design curriculum, create digital courseware, and deliver training systems that scale across teams and organizations. We’re building a workplace that’s supportive, welcoming, and inclusive, and where creativity, honesty, learning, and collaboration guide how we work. If you value learning, honest collaboration, and meaningful problem-solving, RaceRocks gives you the environment to put those strengths to work.
Who are you?
You are a believer in team empowerment and your leadership skills are what drives delivery and process improvements. You are a pro-active, outside of the box thinker and you like to get in there and get things done. You thrive on finding solutions rather than stating problems.
