Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for handling Equipment Workflow Automation (MES, Load & Go, Continuous Lot Processing)
• Responsible for handling 4M Automation (4M & Sigle Item Identification, Tracking & Traceability)
• Accountable for EQ Integration (SECS/GEM, Non-SECS/GEM, Cluster Controller) andProcess Control Automation (Recipe Mgmt, Sampling, Metrology, SPC, FDC)
• Accountable for Data Intelligence (Reports, Dashboards, Knowledge Management, Self Healing)
• Drive harmonized requirements
• Drive solution proposal by working with Toolbox Owners towards an autonomous factory
• Drive solution implementation by working with the project team

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in lights out semiconductor manufacturing implementation
• Experience from conceptual design to full scale autonomous operations is an added advantage
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams from cross regions,including external vendors
• Good communication skills across all levels of corporate hierarchy
• Able to visualize long-term big picture with fitting short-term executions
• Able to simplify technical presentations for C-suite executives while giving clear instructions to shop floor technicians
• Good analytical skills and ability to visualize physical vs logical model
