PLC Engineer

• Be a solid member of the PLC design team

• Develop and analyze design concepts according to given systems or module specifications.

• Generation of PLC programming for the whole system

• Conduct design verifications and design reviews.

• Participate in prototype assembly, verification testing, and troubleshooting.

• Close collaboration with internationally distributed R&D sites for co-development activities

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engeineering/Automation or similar

Experience / 经验

• Minimal of 5 years experience in PLC programming.

• Solid experience in Siemens PLC and also has the experience in other PLC brand.

• Solid experience in automatic production line , robotics and motion control systems.

• Proficiency in the field of PLC programming and debugging:

• Designing and programming Siemens PLC systems to meet project requirements.

• Selecting appropriate Siemens PLC hardware and peripherals based on project specifications.

• Familiarity with Siemens TIA portal,S7-1500 PLC ,motion driver and HMI and with in-depth knowledge of Siemens PLC programming languages ( ST,LAD, FBD,SCL,Graph etc.)

• Familiarity with Omron PLC systems, including programming, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with various sensors application(including RFID,DMC scanner,Safety sensor etc.)

• Familiarity with robot application using KUKA, FANUC or ABB robots.

• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet ,ProfiSafe,EtherCAT,EthernetIP,TCP/IP, CANopen etc. ).

• Familiarity with Bosch and other brand transportation system.

• Familiarity with pneumatic control system.

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in working with common Siemens industrial drivers such as Sinamics S120, G120, and V20 .

• Knowledge of drive parameterization, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.

• Solid experience in product development projects and design control processes.

• Familiarity with ISO and 9001 other standards.

• Relevant experience in NEV battery production line industry would be a big plus.

• Relevant experience in a cross-site international team is a plus.
