About this Job
About the Team
The CTO office is a small, high-caliber team that operates across software, AI, electronics, mechanical design, and more. We build new capabilities from scratch and put them in the field.
About the Role
Most of what we do is zero-to-one. New systems, new capabilities, hardware, and software, fast. Current work touches autonomous ground vehicles, aerial systems, embodied robotics, AI, and simulation.
You'll work across disciplines on some of the hardest problems the company has, with a short path from idea to prototype to deployment. From the lab to the field, wherever the work needs to happen, you make it happen.
What You'll Do
- Solve problems that don't have established playbooks.
- Take full ownership of projects from concept to working product.
- Lead projects end-to-end and contribute to others across the team and company.
- Work across autonomy, AI, software, electrical, mechanical, and design as the problem requires.
- Juggle multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
- Represent the team technically in front of customers, partners, and leadership.
- Be a technical resource for leadership on feasibility, architecture, and implementation.
Requirements
- You learn fast and ship faster.
- You work hard and deliver when it matters.
- You're self-directed but easy to work with.
- You're strong across more than one technical domain.
- You can context-switch between multiple projects without dropping the ball.
