Responsabilities
- Work on Safety to take care for all employees and facilities.
- Maintenance/Controls/Automation Technicians Supervision
- Work in Maintenance KPI (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Cost)
- Maintain Equipment abailable for manufacturing
- Improve the manufacturing process to have better performance.
- Take actions to improve products quality and avoid failures.
- Manage Maintenance System Administration (Preventive Maintenance, Spare parts, etc)
- Participate in following meetings with manufacturing engineers and all processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Manage Employees
- 75-90% Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals.
- Very Good computer skills using MS Office
- Strong Experience in Internal Controls
- The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
- Allen Bradley & Siemens PLC programming
- Vision systems programing (Cognex, Keyence, Omron, Sick)
- HMIs Programming
- Communication protocols knowledge and work experience (Profinet, Ethernet, IOLink, RS232)
- Electric, Pneumatic, Hydraulic drawings reading
- Frecuency Variators knowledge and experience
- Servomotors and Drivers Knowledge and Experience
- Robots programing experience
- Work Shift Availability
