About this Job

Key Responsibilities

Oversee design and implementation of controls systems (EPMS, BAS, SCADA)
Lead system integration across electrical and mechanical systems
Manage commissioning, testing, and system validation
Troubleshoot complex technical issues in critical environments
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors
Establish controls standards and best practices
Support system turnover and operational readiness
Mentor technical staff as the team grows

Qualifications

10–15+ years in controls engineering or building automation
Experience with mission-critical or data center systems preferred
Strong commissioning and troubleshooting background
Familiarity with major control platforms and system integration
