Primary Objective:  Assist the facility in areas such as repairs, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, alterations, improvements and protection of all company assets to ensure economical and continuous operations.

Responsibilities: 

• •Design and Modify HMI Screens (develop and Document Changes
• •Modify PLC Programs (develop and document changes)
• •Maintain health and reliability of manufacturing network, InSQL Server, HMI computer, and Control Net Network
• •Back up PLC programs on a scheduled basis (develop back up schedules, SLC500, Micrologix, PLC5, Control Logix)
• •Provide call support to facility on a “as needed basis”
• •Maintain plant electrical drawings and documentation
• •Create procedures for all related tasks
• •Maintain DPC and ensure reliability
• •Rotate Plant Call Out Schedule as needed
• •Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
• •Follow all established standard operating and safety procedures as well as company policies
• •Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
• •Perform other tasks assigned by management

Experience/Education:

• •High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• •Lift Truck Certification preferred
• •Successful completion of all required on the job training
• •Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training
• •Two-year technical degree college or equivalent experience
• •Requires 3 or more years of experience in plant maintenance or equivalent experience in a related field
