Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to continue learning new technical skills in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Disassemble, inspect, evaluate, and reassemble mechanical components and systems
• Support production by assisting with machine changeovers and equipment adjustments
• Operate machining tools as required to support maintenance and production needs
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Electrical experience (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and PLC programming (a plus)
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to measure and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers
• Experience working within tight tolerances
• Prior forklift operation experience
