What you’ll do:

To deliver high-quality field services for Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV) systems, and protection relays, while identifying new service opportunities and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MV/LV switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection relay systems.
  • Conduct routine and emergency service visits at customer sites across Turkey and occasionally within the CIS countries and EMEA (If needed)
  • Execute diagnostic tests, relay configuration, and firmware updates using specialized tools and software.
  • Identify potential service opportunities during site visits and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system performance, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal and customer use.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards during all field activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and service practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field service for MV/LV systems and protection relays.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of protection schemes, relay programming (e.g., SEPAM, Micom, Schneider, ABB, Siemens), and electrical distribution systems.
  • Hands-on experience with testing equipment (e.g., Omicron, Megger).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into service opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license.
