Field Service Engineer CNC

Responsibilities:

• Perform service activities on FANUC products (mainly CNC and Robomachines)
• Travel to customers across the Czech Republic for service purposes.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and other required documentation
• Provide technical support for marketing activities (exhibitions, conferences, etc.)
• Helping by receiving, packing and shipping of goods to/from customers and suppliers

Requirements:

• High school education in electrical engineering
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and programming
• Advantage: Experience in electrical service or similar field, knowledge of automatization
• Fluent Czech/Slovak, English at least A2 (technical documentation)
• Good operator’s knowledge of PC – MS Windows, MS Office, M365 (Teams etc.)
• Professional qualification in electrical engineering (NV 194/2022 Sb.) or formal requirement to qualify
• Driving license ("B"), willingness to travel
• Understanding of factory automation processes and functionality
• Good comprehension and ability to analyse and solve problems

• Fixed-term employment contract with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract
