Job Description:
- Design and develop robotic systems based on ROS 2, covering perception, planning, and execution pipelines. • Develop task and motion integration modules, including high-level planning and low-level policy execution. • Integrate large models (LLMs / VLMs /VLAs) into robotic systems for decision-making, grounding, and action generation. • Design reward functions, training curricula, and evaluation protocols for complex embodied tasks. • Debug, profile, and optimize real-world or simulated robotic systems to improve stability, latency, and success rate.
- Strong programming skills in Python; solid software engineering practices (modular design, debugging, version control) and experience with deep learning frameworks. • Hands-on experience with robotic systems using ROS or ROS 2 (not limited to tutorials; real project experience expected). • Solid understanding of core robotics concepts: • Coordinate frames and transformations (TF) • Basic Kinematics, Statics, Dynamics and Motion control • Experience in at least one of the following areas: • Robot perception (vision, detection, segmentation, VLMs) • SLAM / navigation / manipulation • Simulation environments such as MuJoCo, Isaac Gym, or similar • Training RL policies for manipulation tasks
