Job Description

What can you look forward to as Electronics Engineer (m/f/d):

  • Provides technical support to maintenance technicians during corrective maintenance and performs downtime analysis to improve equipment reliability.
  • Develops and implements TPM standards, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM), across business units.
  • Ensures achievement of maintenance department targets within the assigned scope and consistent application of maintenance procedures.
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement of maintenance processes, technical enhancements, and efficiency improvements.
  • Supports preparation and implementation of maintenance processes in new projects, production transfers, and new product launches.
  • Participates in audits, supplier visits, machine pre-acceptance activities, and maintains required maintenance documentation and reports.
  • Ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal standards related to occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection.

Your profile as Electronics Engineer (m/f/d):

  • University degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or process-oriented environment, automotive experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to independently diagnose equipment failures and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical, and self-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP (creating notifications, confirming orders, and data entry) and good communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Advantageous knowledge of industrial robots (KUKA, FANUC, Epson), EPLAN, and experience in automation, machine commissioning, or technical improvements.
