On ‘Vibecoding’
Random Studio is always interested in new ways of working and understands the value the use of AI can have for rapid prototyping of new ideas and problem solving. However, vibe coding alone cannot tackle many of the software challenges we take on, especially those that are expected to be production ready.
This role involves combining both software engineering and hardware work to produce innovative new concepts. Independent creative thinking and problem solving are essential skills. As such, we are looking for people who do not solely rely on AI in their work. A portfolio that showcases examples of non-’vibecoded’ work is essential.
Random Studio Diversity & Inclusion Statement
At Random Studio, we believe that an inclusive work environment and a diverse team are key to creating fresh and inspiring work. We're looking for candidates who enrich our culture and challenge the status quo. We encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work, and we strive to provide all candidates with an unbiased and accessible recruitment process. If you require assistance due to a disability when applying please let us know in your application so we can accommodate your needs.
Please reply to this listing with a cover letter and link to portfolio.
