The role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 24/7 shift team, ensuring the reliability and continuous operation of our industrial production plants.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and improving complex automation systems, responding promptly to breakdowns and contributing to the efficiency, safety, and performance of production lines. It’s a great opportunity to work hands-on with advanced technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic and automation faults (PLCs, drives/inverters, sensors and actuators)
- Execute corrective maintenance interventions and support preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Ensure safe working conditions by applying HSE standards and lockout/tagout procedures
- Maintain accurate shift reports, including interventions, root causes and downtime tracking, ensuring structured handovers
- Support production line restart after stoppages, minimizing downtime
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including fault analysis, standardization and reliability enhancement
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize plant performance and operational continuity
We're looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in industrial electrical/electronic maintenance (3–5 years) and can operate confidently in production environments with complex automation systems
- Brings strong technical skills in PLC systems (preferably Siemens), electrical diagram reading, and drives/inverters (Siemens, ABB, Nidec, Lenze, etc.), including basic programming and troubleshooting
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for plant reliability, safety and performance
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, shift-based (24/7) industrial environment
- Values collaboration, clear communication and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrates autonomy, flexibility and a strong team-oriented approach
- Has a technical diploma (or equivalent), with electromechanical knowledge; familiarity with robotic/anthropomorphic systems is a plus
