Position Requirements:

Education & Experience: An associate degree in electronic technology or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience through skilled trades, military training, or similar programs is also acceptable. Candidates must have completed Level 7 Maintenance Tyson Training or possess equivalent education.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, along with strong document organization and query creation skills. SAP Plant Maintenance experience is required or must be acquired.

Communication & Certification: Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Technical certifications are a plus.

Special Skills: Expertise in AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, and mechanical components such as bearings, gears, belts, and seals.

Knowledge of PLC systems, instrumentation, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Familiarity with electrical safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and electronic devices like semiconductors and drives.

Preferred Skills: Experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and motor drive technologies, including servo motors and encoders.

Understanding of microcomputers, closed-loop systems, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

Additional Requirements:

Travel: 1–5 trips per year.

Willingness to cross-train and work flexible shifts.
