Additional Skills & Interests We Value
We value candidates who have experience guiding or coordinating external automation partners and who possess a solid understanding of cross‑site automation integration. We further appreciate a collaborative approach and the ability to foster engagement within project teams. An interest in contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of our automation standards and ways of working will also be considered an asset.

A chance to influence and shape the future of automation standards in Novonesis
A supportive team culture that values curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning
