Join our AMR Implementation team at Infios Australia and take a hands-on role in deploying cutting-edge automation across real-world supply chain environments. In this full-time position, you’ll be responsible for the field execution and commissioning of our AMR systems—working directly with customers to deploy, test, and optimise solutions that improve operational performance. You’ll solve problems daily, adapt solutions to unique site conditions, and ensure each deployment is delivered with precision and minimal errors.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, tenacious problem-solver who thrives in the field and enjoys working with the latest AMR technology. You’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative, diverse team, bringing a strong commitment to service excellence, organisation, and continuous improvement. What a day in the life looks like:
Onsitemobilisation& coordination (daily plan, sequencing, coordinating vendors/trades/customer ops/IT, issue management)
Commissioning ownership (commissioning plan, SAT/UAT support, test scripts, defect/punch list closure, go-live readiness + hyper care)
Handover (as-builts/runbooks, training coordination, support transition, and escalation paths)
onsite commissioning and technical readiness (robots/workstations/peripherals/network readiness, configuration validation, functional testing)
vendor coordination from a technical perspective
defect triage and closure during commissioning and go-live
Weekly Project Health Checks: Clear,accurateand well communicated checksprovidedto delivery team ina timelyand professional manner
Occupational Health & Safety:Maintaina safe working environment for yourself, your team, customers, and contractorsalwayswhen onsite andcomply withcompany policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
What you bring to the team:
BA / BS / AA Degree: Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
Experience working with system designs and architecture specifications
Experience troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues
Ability to adapt and respond to fast moving & changing project environments
Confidence in participating in meetingsregardingnetwork implementations, hardware integrations, configurations, etc.
Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
Good communicationand analytical skills.
Wellorganisedand ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
Ability to work with minimal supervision after a period of guided training, shadowing, and self-learning.
Flexible andmaintainsa teamwork attitude.
Ability toprioritisetasks and self-manage.
Valid Driver’s license and adherence to Motor Vehicle Policy
